Creamly uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and videos. Outputs:
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations.
- Are not professional advice (legal, financial, event-planning, contractual).
- Should be independently verified before use.
- Are not legal substitutes for marriage validity, marriage certificates, contracts, RSVP records, or event-compliance documents.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI outputs before using them.
- Ensuring outputs comply with applicable laws (including marriage law, alcohol-service law where applicable, and local event regulations).
- Not attributing AI outputs to identifiable real people without consent.
- Not using AI invitations or videos as legal proof of event attendance, marriage, or other regulated milestones.
High-risk uses prohibited
Do not use the Service for:
- Legal documents (marriage licenses, prenups, contracts)
- Medical or financial decisions
- Safety-critical or life-critical systems
- Autonomous decisions affecting employment, credit, insurance, housing, or criminal justice
Bias
