Your content
“Your Content” means text prompts, uploaded reference images, host names, event details, and other data you upload or submit to Creamly.
Ownership
You retain all rights in Your Content.
License granted to us
You grant Cheer Q Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, process, and transmit Your Content
- Generate AI outputs from Your Content
- Cache Your Content for up to 30 days after deletion for operational and abuse-detection purposes
This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for the 30-day cache and any legally required retention.
Outputs
AI outputs generated from Your Content (“Outputs”) — including invitation designs and video trailers — belong to you, subject to:
- The Acceptable Use Policy
- Applicable law (we do not warrant Outputs are original or non-infringing)
- The rights of any third parties depicted in Your Content (including any guests, venues, or trademarked elements)
Your representations
You represent that:
- You own or have licenses for all Your Content
- Your Content does not violate privacy, IP, or publicity rights
- You have explicit consent from any identifiable persons in Your Content (including guests featured in invitation videos)
- You have authority to use any logos, fonts, or photography submitted as references
Service improvement
Your Content is not used to train third-party foundation models. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals (error rates, usage patterns) to improve the Service. You may opt out of any internal training use in account settings.
Content removal
Content violating the Acceptable Use Policy may be removed without notice.
